Since its creation in 2002, the Qwartz awards established itself as a supporting network for the international numerical creation (30 countries, 2500 labels). The purpose of the exhibition and the "Qwartz New Musical Tendencies Award" event is to show and reveal to the public the new contemporary electronic and numerical musical tendencies.
It also helps the creation and the cultural diversity the independent producers stand for. For this 4th edition, Qwartz gathers the main cultural partners from all continents during several days of festivities in prestigious places in the heart of Paris :

-Every year the international ceremony awards the most talented artists from the independent electronic scene.Prize awards on Friday, April 4th at the Bouglione Winter Circus (from 19:00 pm to 22:00 pm), live on France Musique radio animated by Bruno Letort.
-Opening ceremony on Thursday, April 3rd, at the Maison des Metallos (Metal-worker house), the new cultural institution of Paris. FULL
-Parties-Concerts on Saturday, April 5th from 21:00 pm to Dawn the "Bellevilloise" and the "Java" (Paris).

TALENTS'PROGRAMMING AT THE FESTIVAL PARIS TOUT COURT FROM MARCH 11 - 18 2008

Screening Evening of short films from the TALENTS'art video collection on sunday march 16 from 10:00pm to midnight (entrance 5 euros) at the Cinema Arlequin, room 3 (Paris, 6) for the occasion of the international short film Festival PARIS TOUT COURT (Festival Paris Tout Court-Section Champs Numérique).

TALENTS#2 and the special issue TALENTS - LECUBE had their own special evening at tthe Flammarion Bookshop of the Centre Georges Pompidou on October 20, 2006.
