Its members are Taiyo Nagano(Japan), David Vigh(Hungary), Gregory Mckneally(USA), Gabor Fabricius(Hungary) and Kay Shi (Korea). Design post-production and animation are all part of the collective's activities.

Light noise is a visual and musical trip into the universe of Shepherds Photon where image and music amalgamate. Shepherds Photon, all of whom are musicians, created the group Sonic Flok for this project. Light noise, produced for ITV/ AddictiveTV, was selected at the Optronica festival and was projected at the National Film Theater in London.
